Delivery & Order Process

Furniture deserves careful planning, from the first measurements to the final destination.

1. Share your selection

Choose a collection and tell us which pieces you are considering. Include your destination and any access restrictions.

2. Review the specification and quotation

Your quotation should identify the included pieces, dimensions, materials and finish, price, applicable taxes, delivery scope, estimated timing and payment terms. Styled accessories are included only when expressly listed.

3. Confirm destination arrangements

Our intended markets are the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Service to each country and address remains subject to confirmation. Freight, customs responsibilities, duties, local taxes, unloading, room placement, assembly and packaging removal must be specified for your order.

4. Check access and receipt

Measure entrances, stairs, lifts and the route into the room. At delivery, inspect the packaging and furniture where possible and document any concerns. See the warranty and damage information for reporting guidance.

Delivery dates and charges are not confirmed until included in an accepted written quotation.
