Return eligibility, how to cancel, return arrangements, costs and refund timing must be clearly stated before a customer commits to an order.

Consumer rights

Consumers may have statutory cancellation and return rights for distance purchases, including a 14-day withdrawal right in many EU distance-sales situations. Exceptions for genuinely personalised or made-to-specification goods are limited and depend on applicable law. A made-to-order label alone must not be treated as a blanket exclusion.

Faulty or misdescribed items

Rights relating to faulty, damaged or nonconforming goods are separate from a change-of-mind return and are not removed by customisation.
