AVELOR / Furniture & Interiors
Terms of Sale
Prelaunch policy draft. Seller identity, business address, applicable markets and final operating terms must be completed before the store accepts orders. This draft is not an agreed sales contract.
Seller and scope
The legal seller and business address must be supplied before orders are accepted. Consumer and trade orders may require different written terms; mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Products and quotations
Photographs show styled compositions. Your accepted specification and quotation must identify the exact items, dimensions, materials, finishes, total price, taxes, delivery responsibilities, payment schedule and cancellation terms.
Order acceptance
An enquiry does not constitute an order. The final terms must explain how a quotation is accepted, when a binding contract arises, and how corrections can be requested before acceptance.
Payments and delivery
Payment methods, currency, deposits, balance deadlines and delivery arrangements will be confirmed before checkout or invoice payment is enabled. No payment should be requested without clear written order details.
Rights and disputes
The final terms will identify applicable law and dispute routes without removing mandatory consumer rights. Local requirements for the countries served must be reviewed.
